1. 创建一个reg格式的文件，内容如下：

"NoWorkingDirectory"=""
"ShowBasedOnVelocityId"=dword:00639bc8

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell\Powershell\command]
@="powershell.exe -noexit -command Set-Location -literalPath '%V'"

2. 双击导入到注册表既可！
